Schenck provides advanced remote vibration monitoring for wind
turbines. Our monitoring solution consists of vibration sensors
placed on vital driveline components within the wind turbine. These
sensors are then connected to a rugged, industrial data acquisition
unit that sends data to a surveillance center where it is monitored
by advanced diagnostic software and certified vibration personnel
around the clock. When appropriate, the team sends out alarm reports
to the customer.
Our Remote Condition Monitoring System has been tested and proven
for over 10 years with more than 1000 installations on a wide range
of turbines between 250 kW and 5MW.
