The Pasio 50 enables accurate balancing of a wide range of rotors up to 110lbs. and with a diameter up to 23.5 inches and 43 inches in length.

A fixed workstation

Simply set the PASIO down where it makes sense in your production workflow and connect the power supply. Once the transport safety fixtures have been removed,you will be ready to begin balancing in next to no time.  Another welcome aspect of this design is the significant reduction in space required. In comparison to a classic balancing machine, the PASIO needs 40 - 60% less floor space.

Perfect conditions for unbalance measurement

A variety of new and unique features make the PASIO an ideal tool for precision balancing. The base, for example, has been completely redesigned and made of a modern mineral casting material to provide superior damping characteristics – up to 10 times more than cast iron – and improve measuring results. The properties of the casting are perfect for unbalance measurement, and are less

susceptible to interfering influences. The cast construction is also the basis for its compact design with all components easily accessible and integrated in the sturdy base.

The new single-handed belt-drive design also provides a degree of comfort you’ll soon no longer want to be without in your day-to-day balancing work. Another point of technical perfection is that the belt is guided vertically from the rotor, thus avoiding distorting the measuring results on account of belt forces.
