Portable Vibration Analyzers & Field Balancers...
Series 60
The all new VIBROTEST 60 is a state-or-the-art hand-held unit that can be used as an off-line analyzer, a field balancer, or integrated with SCHENCK software for complete predictive maintenance capability.

The VIBROTEST 60 has an advanced Digital Signal Processor (DSP) that provides fast, accurate measuring results with a brilliant, high resolution screen. Two channels, plus one speed/ reference channel, can simultaneously process up to 5 machine parameters such as overall mechanical vibration, bearing condition values, frequency spectrum and speed, in one measurement - on one screen.

Similar to the Series 40 instruments, these units have a modular design that can be completely customized to meet your individual requirements.

Module 1 - For comprehensive evaluation of machine condition
Features include:
Listing function to acquire measurements
A report memory for nearly unlimited storage capacity through the use of PC cards.
A flexible instrument configuration for free setup of high-band and low-pass filters for broad band vibration measurement.
Simultaneous processing of vibration and bearing condition values.
Averaging function for the reduction of noise and peaks.
Modules include:
Absolute bearing vibrations
Relative shaft vibrations
Bearing condition unit measurements (BCU)
Process values
Speed
Module 2 - To accurately diagnose faults and damages
Features include:
Averaging functions such as time domain, frequency domain and peak hold.
Windowing functions such as Flat top, Uniform and Hanning, for signal analysis.
Bearcon Signature analysis capability for diagnosis of bearing damage.
16 bit ADC and 12,800 line spectrum for high resolution and accuracy.
Zoom functions in the X an Y axis.
Modules include:
FFT spectrum
Bearcon signature (envelope detection)
Module 3 - For tracking analysis
Features include:
Simultaneous acquisition of the amplitude and phase values of two
orders of vibration.
Extremely sharp tracking filter with bandwith from 2 Hz to 0.01 Hz.
Maximum number of measured values during acquisition of run-up and run-down data.
Graphic display of amplitude and phase measurements.
Module 5 - Dual channel function
For dual channel capability
Module 7 - For a new level of field balancing capability
Features include:
User-friendly dialogue assisted operation.
Integrated balancing program offers a choice of mass compensation in polar form, component form, or unit mass correction.
Automatic error messaging for unacceptable speed variations or unsuitable test masses.
Modules include:
1 plane balancing
2 plane balancing
As with many SCHENCK instruments, these units come complete with start-up accessories and have a modular design so you can choose the features you need now and upgrade later if your needs change!
