Schencks automated test and diagnostic system for constant velocity (CV) joints, provides complete signal analysis of noise and torque through Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) and Vibro-Acoustic Diagnosis VAD test methods. These semi-automated, single station machines automatically measure the torque and vibration of the CV joint under different loads and at different bending angles. The measurement cycle is performed with a high sampling rate (> 20kHz), and once complete the Technical Fault Diagnosis (TFD) provides a pass/fail indication.
