Schenck balancing machines for crankshaft production provide the speed, accuracy and flexibility needed for any size crankshaft. Units are available in a variety of configurations from single station machines capable of 6-20 crankshafts per hour to fully automated, multi-station machines capable of up to 150 parts per hour.
Our SBRK single station balancer is the perfect solution for low production applications and offers balancing and drilling in one station to reduce the part handling effort and provide cost efficiency. This machine is fully automatic and very flexible to accommodate different crank configurations with short change-over time. The fixture and drill unit are designed for high speed and high performance drilling.
A rotary transfer system offers extremely efficient part flow between the measurement station and the drill unit on this two-station KBTK crankshaft balancer. This machine is available for all types of crankshafts and easily exceeds the tolerance requirements of automotive customers. The machine is a single base complete solution.
For high volume applications, our modular RBTK crankshaft line offers manufacturers the flexibility to combine any number of stations and can produce as much as 150 parts per hour in some applications. These systems can be custom designed based on the number of correction steps (one or two) stations, the amount of drilling necessary, and the production requirements. The system can also be integrated with a variety of automation options and special stations such pin-gauging, reluctor ring assembly and others.
