To add to your satisfaction and help protect your investment, even beyond your original warranty, and in addition to our service-on-demand and spare parts service, you can benefit from the extended services that we can provide:

You can choose between four levels of extended warranty to provide you with protection against the cost of unexpected repair bills after your standard warranty expires.

Scheduled preventive maintenance service helps detect and correct problems before they cause malfunctions of the equipment.

In addition, a regular calibration or certification service helps to maintain documentation required by Quality Assurance programs, and is required to achieve and maintain ISO 9000 certification.

A 24 hour response agreement assures you of immediate attention when a problem occurs.

Application and Consulting Services can help you solve problems in areas of rotor design, balancing processes, rotor dynamics, vibration analysis and other areas.

Your benefit of ordering a spare parts package, that consists of typical wear and tear parts for your specific machine, is obvious: You will have those parts on hand where you need them, and when you need them. Machine downtime is kept to a minimum.
